I. Scope of Return Eligibility
For one-time purchases, you may request a return within 7 business days of receiving the items, provided that the following conditions are met:
The items remain in their original packaging and are unused and undamaged;
The items are not custom-made products or ritual supplies explicitly marked as non-returnable.
For subscription services, fees already paid are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has been completed.
II. Return Process
Before requesting a return, users must ensure that the items meet the return eligibility criteria and submit a return request via their website account or the order page.
Once the request has been approved, users must ship the items back to the designated return address.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned items have been received, inspected, and verified.
Due to the unique nature of religious supplies, custom-made items, opened or used incense/fragrances, and scripture-related products are strictly non-returnable.

IV. Additional Notes
Minor variations in appearance resulting from the handmade nature of the items or cultural differences are not considered quality defects and will not affect the eligibility of a return.
Users are responsible for packaging return items securely to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
